Agreement

By engaging with Narmix International, you agree to the following terms:

All orders are processed based on mutually approved samples, specifications, and agreed terms.

Prices are quoted based on product specifications, quantity, and customization requirements and may vary accordingly.

Standard payment terms are 30% advance and 70% before shipment unless otherwise agreed.

Production timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation and depend on product complexity and quantity.

Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) are agreed upon prior to order finalization.

All buyer-submitted designs remain the property of the buyer and are not reproduced or shared without permission.

Narmix International is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
